The first thing to do is to make sure you are signed in to your Apple account that was used to purchase your subscription.
Once you've confirmed that your Apple account is correct:
- Open the AURORA app
- Tap on the Settings icon at the top left.
- Enter "Restore Club Access" on the Settings Menu
- Tap the "Restore Purchases" button on this page to restore club access.
If you’re still locked out, please tap the Contact Us button at the bottom of the Restore Club Access page in the AURORA app.
